WHEN CAN I EXPECT MY ORDER TO ARRIVE?

 

All Items will be dispatched within 1-3 days of payment being received unless otherwise stated. We will do our upmost to get your order on it’s way to you as soon as possible.
All UK orders are sent on a first-class delivery service and should be received within 1-2 working days once your order has been dispatched.
You will receive an email from us once your purchase has been shipped.

HOW DO YOU SHIP MY ORDER?

 

We use Royal Mail to send all UK and international orders placed through our website.
Once your order has been placed you will receive an order confirmation email with your order number.
If you haven’t received an order confirmation email or you’re worried your order has taken too long to arrive you can email us at hello@kmorrispaperco.com with your full name and order number.

 

DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?

 

We are happy to be able to send items internationally, all shipping rates are stated at checkout depending on location. Our standard international shipping service uses Royal Mail Airmail for overseas postage, please note that this is not a trackable service.
Standard deliveries within Europe, including Channel Islands and R.O.I usually take 3-10 working days to arrive, but can take up to 2 weeks.
Deliveries outside Europe usually take 5-10 working days to arrive, but it can take up to 3-4 weeks
International shipping dates are estimated as a variety of circumstances including your country’s postal service can impact how quickly packages are delivered. When items are sent to another country, your parcel is often handled by more than one postal service. When we send a parcel abroad, the actual delivery of the item will be the responsibility of the postal service in the country the items are going to. Delays can often be caused by customs checks, which can sometimes take up to 1-2 weeks.

Katie Morris Paper Co cannot be held responsible for goods that are lost or delayed in transit.

 

I LIVE IN THE EU, WILL I NEED TO PAY IMPORT CUSTOMS AND DUTIES ON MY PURCHASE?

 

Please be aware that EU and international deliveries may be subject to local import duties and taxes on purchases. These charges are beyond our control, which unfortunately means that customers are currently liable for any additional import costs.

We send all of our EU packages via Royal Mail who have the lowest fees to keep costs down for our customers.

 

WHERE IS MY ORDER?

 

We kindly ask you to be patient if your parcel is delayed and if you haven’t received your delivery within the time scales quoted above, then please contact us.

We cannot refund or replace lost items until 20 working days after the date of despatch (30 days for international items) – this is when the Royal Mail classes items as being lost.

Should you have any queries please contact hello@kmorrispaperco.com stating your order number, name and address and we will get back to you as soon as possible.

 

WHAT IF I AM NOT IN WHEN YOU MAKE A DELIVERY?

 

Most of our orders will fit though your letter box and our standard delivery does not require a signature. If you are out and your order is bigger than your post box Royal Mail will leave you a card letting you know that a delivery has been attempted and you will have a specified period from the date of attempted delivery to rearrange delivery, after this date items will automatically be returned to us. If the item is returned to us in this way, we will need to charge for re-posting the item to you.

 

HOW DO I RETURN MY ORDER?

 

You are entitled to an exchange or refund within 14 days of receiving your package. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, simply contact us at hello@kmorrispaperco.com and we will provide a return address.
Unfortunately, at this time we cannot provide free returns.

Please get in touch here and let us know what you item you are after. We will notify you of a date we are expecting the item to return back into stock.

 

WHAT PAYMENT METHODS CAN YOU ACCEPT?

 

We accept all major credit cards such as Visa, Mastercard, Paypal, Google Pay and Apple Pay.

 

WHERE ARE YOUR PRODUCTS DESIGNED AND MANUFACTURED?

 

Katie designs everything we create by hand in our English countryside studio in the Ribble Valley, and everything is made and printed in Britain.

 

IS YOUR PACKAGING SUSTAINABLE?

 

All of our packaging is FSC approved and our postal boxes are made from 100% recycled paper. We try to limit the use of unnecessary materials as much as possible while still providing a luxury experience.

Our packaging is made to be completely recyclable, from cardboard boxes, paper mailers and compostable tissue paper.

Our aim is to create products that are friendly to our planet and plastic free*

*We recycle or reuse any plastic packaging we inadvertently receive to help reduce the environmental impact of plastics on our planet, therefore it may be possible your parcel may include some plastic packaging- please recycle or reuse this responsibly.

All of the packaging we purchase as a company is plastic free.

Sustainability is at the forefront of everything that we do. All of our greeting cards and paper products are printed on FSC certified card, sourced locally to us in the beautiful Lake District.
As we are an environmentally conscious company, we are dedicated to minimising our carbon footprint, ensuring that we minimise our impact on the planet.

We want our customers to be happy in the knowledge that we are forever dedicated to learning responsible ways to create paper products that bring joy to your loved ones.

WHAT MAKES YOUR PRODUCTS SPECIAL?

 

All of our products feature illustrations that are hand drawn by Katie Morris. Every design starts with the dream of telling a story of a world filled with nostalgia and capturing simple moments that warm our hearts. Katie gains her inspiration from everyday life, vintage finds, her love of nature and animals, the places she visits, daydreams and even the patterns on her fathers shirts!
The more you look, the more there is to see. We are continuously developing our product range to feature new imaginative designs to delight you and your loved ones.

 

WHO IS KATIE MORRIS?

 

Katie Morris is an award-winning British designer and illustrator based in the Ribble Valley countryside in England. She launched her paper company in 2022 after a decade of working professionally as a designer creating successful collections for many prestigious UK brands.
Her signature illustrative style brings joy and magic to luxurious paper goods.

Katie Morris Paper Co was born with the aim to create magical hand-illustrated greeting cards that celebrate the joys of life. Katie specifically designs each card to tell a beautiful tale in a single image, to be shared with your loved ones to cherish and enjoy.
Our core beliefs are to inspire kindness and bring more beauty into the world.

Katie’s designs tell stories of a world that captures those simple, joyful moments that warm our hearts – starry night skies, cosy days spent under a blanket, a delicious cake, crisp autumn leaves underfoot, al fresco meals shared with loved ones.
