We really hope you love your Katie Morris products, however, if you are not entirely happy please notify hello@kmorrispaperco.com and we shall be in touch to help resolve your issue or to arrange a return.

 

RETURNS PROCEDURE

 

To be eligible for a return, please ensure that the goods are returned within 14 days of receipt in the same condition that you received them, unused and unopened in their original packaging.
We recommend sending your unwanted items back via recorded delivery as we cannot refund products damaged or lost in transit. Please email hello@kmorrispaperco.com before you return any items and we will help advise on the procedure.
We will process your refund or exchange within 5 working days of receipt of your returned item. At this point we will e-mail you confirmation of a refund, or send you your replacement. We will credit your original method of payment excluding non-refundable shipping costs as soon as possible. Please note refunds may take up to ten business days to show on your account due to varying processing times between payment providers. If for any reason you do not receive the credited amount within that time frame, please feel free to contact us.
Please be assured that we will endeavour to process refunds and exchanges as quickly as possible.
Please note: We cannot refund or replace lost items until 10 working days after the date of despatch (30 days for international items) – this is when the Royal Mail classes items as being lost.
