Our standard terms and conditions outline the basis of the agreement that you enter into with us, when placing an order for goods.
DELIVERY INFORMATION
Your parcel will be dispatched within 1-3 days of payment being received unless otherwise stated. We will do our upmost to get your order on itโs way to you as soon as possible.
All UK orders are sent on a first-class delivery service and should be received within 1-2 working days once your order has been dispatched.
You will receive an email from us once your purchase has been shipped.

We use Royal Mail to send all UK and international orders placed through our website.
Once your order has been placed you will receive an order confirmation email with your order number.
All international shipping rates are stated at checkout depending on location. Our standard international shipping service uses Royal Mail Airmail for overseas postage, please note that this is not a trackable service.
Standard deliveries within Europe, including Channel Islands and R.O.I usually take 3-10 working days to arrive, but can take up to 2 weeks. Countries in the EU may need to pay VAT and duty.
Deliveries outside Europe usually take 5-10 working days to arrive, but it can take up to 3-4 weeks in rare cases.

PRICES
Goods are charged at price shown on the product pages on the date the customer places the order and are inclusive of VAT. Errors and omissions are accepted. Orders will be processed at our published prices at the time of order, and can not be changed due to promotion at later time. All prices are stated in British Pounds Sterling ยฃGBP. If you are purchasing from outside the UK, currency exchange rates and credit card charges may make a difference to the amount billed on your credit card.
We may from time to time offer promotional discount codes. These codes are to be entered at checkout stage and cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer.

We do not store financial information like credit or debit card numbers on this site. All transactions are handled by a secure online independent payment service provider. We accept payment online by Visa, MasterCard and American Express via the secure payment provider, Stripe. Katie Morris Paper Co accepts all major credit cards, debit cards and PayPal for payment.
